「We stayed at this hotel for one week in February 2026 and were very pleased with our experience. The staff were very polite (we would like to mention Any, Brian, and Omar) and provided excellent service. We especially noticed the cleanliness of the hotel; the room and bathroom are very large. 「The only good thing about this place is the staff. This is just an over priced establishment that wants to pretend its high end. Ive stayed numerous times with them and always seem to have a problem and its gotten worse. First of all they keep trying to give me a room literally in the lobby, ground floor with "windows" facing the kitchen/dish washing area, no privacy whatsoever and would assume fried egg smell every morning. 「The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive....

「Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!」
