This charming apartment located in the village of La Azohia will appeal to families: quiet, it has a large private terrace with fantastic sea views, the residence includes a well-kept swimming pool. With the beach only 400m away, adults and children alike will enjoy their stay at La Azohia.

This 60m2 apartment is very well equipped, with many household appliances, utensils and even games for children..
- 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds, 1 baby bed and 1 sofa bed

Buenas tardes, Mi nombre es Angela Galindo y estoy junto con mi familia finalizando la estancia en la propiedad de Nick Hale #1346521a, con reserva HA-WM24F2, desde el 15 al 29 de Julio. Me dirijo a ustedes para que informen al propietario Nick Hale sobre algunas deficiencias que hemos tenido en su propiedad. Para comenzar nos parece mal que para 15 días solo hayan dejado un juego de sábanas para cada cama, es mas en la cama de matrimonio hay una funda de edredón en vez de sábanas simples.Los armarios estan llenos de cosas personales del dueño que no dejan poner nuestras cosas. El mueble de la TV tiene la puerta desvencijada. La limpieza de la casa no es muy correcta.En la cocina las sartenes no se pueden usar porque estan muy reyadas y no se pueden usar, no hay una olla suficientemente grande para 4 personas. No dejan nada de material de limpieza. Y sobre todo en la terraza, las hamacas estan muy deteriradas y el sombraje de la pégola totalmente destrozado. En fin, creo que hay bastantes cosas que se pueden mejorar. Espero que las puedan solucionar para próximos alquileres. Gracias y saludos Angela Galindo

En general todo muy bien , la terraza lo mejor del apartamento, buena zona y todo funcionaba. Como único punto, la limpieza mejorable especialmente en la terraza. Dispone de todo lo necesario. Aconsejaríamos dejar algún champú y jabón en el baño ya que suele ser lo habitual. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Repetiríamos sin duda.

This apartment would be great for a family on vacation. Our group consisted of two families: one party of two (married), one party of three (married couple and our 23-year-old son). For a party of five with two separate families, this unit was too small. Having only one bathroom was a handicap for us. On the other hand, the rooftop terrace and sweeping view from there was wonderful—-we loved that!! On the booking site it was stated there was a pool. However, when we arrived we were informed the pool didn’t open until June 1!! A bit misleading on the website. We had difficulties with the internet most of the time. We never spoke with the owner. We talked to the on-site service person on the phone. Difficulties with internet continued. We had a hard time finding the unit. The streets wind around,? and one must have a layout of the area to know how to find the place. An online map and more directions would’ve helped this situation. The kitchen was well-equipped. We had to buy more toilet paper. We had to buy our own laundry detergent. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this place. It is perfectly suited for a single family of five or less.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement où rien ne manquait pour un séjour agréable. Il est bien situé dans la province de Murcia , près de la mer et de la montagne, idéal pour les randos et les découvertes culturelles. Nous y avons passé un excellent mois de février. Merci à Nick: contacts faciles et à Ivo le gérant pour son accueil sympathique et très réactif au moindre de nos problèmes.

Tidy well equipped flat in large development. Amazing view from the roof terrace. Short walk to the beach. Good beach. Take your binoculars. We did see hoopoes but the beeeaters had gone south. Had a great week.

Estuvimos muy muy a gusto en el apartamento. Ofrece todas las comodidades para que la estancia sea de las más agradables: una cocina completa con utensilios y lavaplatos, toallas, sábanas, música, wi-fi, etc. El piso está muy bien situado, es perfecto para poder desconectar y disfrutar sin prisas. Lo mejor, la terraza sin duda! :) Es tal cual aparece en las fotos. La comunicación con el dueño fue fluida en todo momento. Un gusto enorme, esperamos volver!

Apartamento sencillo pero agradable. Bien equipado. Como este año hemos repetido por segunda vez nos dimos cuenta que un par de desperfectos continuaban: el interruptor de un dormitorio seguia roto al igual que el accesorio del papel higienico, que se cae. Por lo demas bien. El pueblo es tranquilo con buenos chiringuitos y raciones abundantes .
