My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights and this was perfect. The room was very clean and the service from the staff was top notch. The morning breakfast blew me away. This where I will be staying when in Cartagena from now on.

The pictures are very misleading! The blue was represented in the rooms as advertised! None of the toiletries as advertised are there. Not even the blue bed linen are on the beds. The 1st room was unpleasant and I asked to be moved..I thought the room was not properly cleaned with a very evident greasy glass shower, nor did the door close! The night Receptionists was rude along with a guest...I asked the 1st night to be moved (I was told no manager on staff to accommodate my request). As I was still talking, another guest walked in I was immediately ignored while he serviced the guest! The guest as well ignored that I was talking already with the Receptionists. I was accommodated with a better room the next morning when the manager arrived.

La habitación no es para 2 adultos y 1 niño como se ofrece. Para dos personas está bien. El personal del restaurante no es muy amable pero se hace el pedido y listo. El personal del hotel es muy amable y está muy bien ubicado. El precio es justo por la zona en la que está univado.

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel bem localizado, moderno e confortável. Ótimo custo-beneficio. Um ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã, bastante simples, composto por um menu em vez de buffet. Além disso, solicitei a troca de geleia por cream cheese do meu pedido e fui informado que só seria feita a troca se eu pagasse. Detalhe mínimo mas que não visa a boa experiência do cliente.

There is renovation work . They are building an elevator shaft that blocks 3/4 of the room window. . You can have the blinds open because they are working right in front of you. The Internet wifi connection in the room is poor. The shower doesn’t drain properly and you ando up showering in a mini pool . Some of the furniture needs replacement . Staff was friendly.
