It was very near to Boone and Blowing Rock which was a real plus! Host was generous with snacks, coffee and kitchen was well equipped! “Had an awesome time at this beautiful, well kept cabin. Did as owner suggested and screen shot emails with gate codes/key lock box codes and directions, had absolutely no trouble at all getting in! AWD/4wheel high gear was VERY HELPFUL, road up to cabin is graveled as stated & 4wheel high helps to crawl up the steep areas without spinning out or tearing up road. All essentials were there with many thoughtful touches! Rocking chairs were stored inside but could move out to deck easily for morning……
