“Property as described. Easy to communicate with management company. Plenty of places to sleep. Big yard. Friendly neighbors. Close to Lakepoint for events. ”

“The overall space and design was very roomy for 9 adults. The property itself needs some TLC. The electronics had very little instructions. Remotes were half put together. Theatre was nice but game chairs didn't work and couldn't get the surround sound to function. The outdoor space also requires some attention as the fire pit is falling apart and the outdoor patio furniture was really dirty. Gas grill was ok but needs attention or replacement. It worked after some difficulties. The location was……

“Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. ”

The house was stocked and we really appreciated the snack basket that was available upon check-in which we greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling and weren't quite sure of our dinner plans. We would highly recommend the Downtown Dugout.”

“It was a nice little house close to the lake. Loved hearing the birds singing and seeing the deer walking around the neighborhood. It was a great neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed.”
