"Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request...

"The location is close to Market Square and University. We enjoyed the convenience of that. The property manager did a good job communicating with us. The building/home needed some cleaning improvements and small amount of TLC with furniture. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. With some TLC this would be a great place to stay."
