「I found the historical part of the hotel intriguing and the architecture. The staff amazing. Our room had bathroom sink that did not drain well and the bathtub was not working well. Shower valve was damaged an it took them 2 days to figure out that they wanted to change the room. We were excessively charged for the airport transport compared to the usual fare at other times. Hotel management reported that they only hired the services that they were not connected to the charges. The hotel...

No me gustó mucho el desayuno, muchas opciones, todo se veía fresco pero los sabores muy simples y la comida que debía de estar caliente estaba fría.」

「The a/c don't cool the rooms, it is unbearable hot in Barranquilla and the a/c needs to function properly. Also had to ask for small refrigerator as there was none in the room.」

「I think this is a very good hotel , Ms Tais in the front desk is very helpful, all stuff speak very good english, the only worry for a traveler is that there is no mini-bar inside of the room, but you can get everything you need at front desk. I didnt find nice restaurants near by.」

「Great hotel and isolated from all the bus hassle. Parking is available! Hotel must improve on placing sand anti-slip stickers on shower floors. I almost fell. I advised management to execute that job. Breakfast was great. They offered to make me freshly made eggs! All staff were great and respectful!」
