"Lo mejor fue la atención del señor Bladimir en recepción y la señora Janet quien fue súper amable limpiando con excelencia nuestro cuarto . La razón que no me anima a volver son las toallas súper deterioradas; Muy percudidas y el papel de baño mi malo parecía una lija de lo ruatico . "

"Room is clean and very new, staff is very nice with fluent English and very helpful, breakfast has a good variety and even with traditional Colombian chicken potato soup, airport shuttle is fast and staff gives clear instructions. Definitely will come back next time I come Bogota!"

"The place was great in general , two things i really have to say are : early in the morning the cleaning and maintenance staff make so much noise talking loud and using the walky talky radios. The other thing was the restaurant, with those prices i was expecting great dinners, but they were mediocre. I complaint once to the waitress(they had the nerve to serve me a bone of osso bucco, no meat at all, that night i was so hungry and i got so mad about the dish that’s why i complained ) but seems like they didn’t care at all . Other than that everyone was friendly and kind ."
