“Outstanding staff! I cannot express how wonderful each and every person was. They treated us more like family than like guests. We were there before and during Ramadan, during the latter, they made every effort to accommodate us. One day I was sick - the front desk clerk walked with my daughter to the pharmacy to get me medicine. The first day of Ramadan they invited us to Iftar, where we, once again, were treated like family. The restaurant staff was helpful, despite the language barrier, they……

“The hotel is location is very convenient. A short walk from the Casa voyagers Tram and Train station. Area is pretty safe and lots of food options available. The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. We felt that the floor which was wood or prego (unlike most hotels that have carpet floor) was a bit sticky, I asked the front desk and within minutes they sent someone who mopped the floor clean for us. Bathrooms were very clean and……

“Not many restaurants near the hotel. We had our dinner in the hotel due to the lack of choice. It was a buffet but the taste of food was really bad and the types of food were limited . Hygiene were also bad. We ate little because the food was really tasteless. And finally it costed us 190Dh for each person. It was really a bad experience. And my friend and would never come again.”

“After an overnight flight from Canada, the staff provided my family with an early check-in so that we could catch some needed sleep. Thanks to Hamza and the staff at the hotel. Courteous, caring and understanding. Room was clean and spacious. AC was ok but not as cold as expected.”
