The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg.
It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.

The toilet felt like it was about to fall off the wall; we had a temporary fix with a block fitted underneath to stop it dropping any further but the leak on the floor was never addressed.

I was wrongfully charged nearly 100 euro in several smaller charges. I have been trying to contact the hotel at least four times - no response. Radisson customer service not very helpful either - they apparently have no access to the hotel bills. Don’t book there. They are cheats and thieves

Hotel staff were super helpful & welcoming. We only stayed one night, but felt right @ home the whole time.
