Check in took long; in room telephone not working… changed rooms because there was no bidet in our, apparently you have to pay more for bidet. Room was nice, amenities were great. But no control over the thermostat- was super muggy and warm. Opened the window but was noisy. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite. And not walkable to any main areas … but location was city central.

The stay itself was acceptable, but the experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing. I was charged a mandatory local tax at the front desk and have been requesting a proper receipt for business purposes. I contacted the hotel multiple times, and on several phone calls I was told that the receipt would be sent. However, it never arrived. Eventually, my calls stopped going through altogether, and it appears my number may have been blocked. This is a very basic and reasonable request, and the lack of follow-through and communication is completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise against staying here if you require reliable customer support or proper documentation.
