The lady who communicated was nice enough that she she refunded us for the nights we decided not to stay there. First night in we had to go shopping for toilet paper and there were only two towels given and no shampoo or shower gel or even a hand gel in bathroom (was one in the kitchen and a dishwashing liquid). You have to take garbage out yourself. No kitchen tissues or cleaning materials. Bleach was empty bottle of water. The view is appalling. There is construction work on the street a bf from the balcony. The road is muddy and taxis don't take a turn there and you have to walk to the main road. The property was relatively clean but the shower pressure was the unbelievablely bad. The shower overflows too. I am thankful that she listened and refunded because we were very unhappy and our holiday would have been ruined if we continued to stay there. The two nights we stayed we had to buy everything from laundry detergent to toilet paper. She did say she will send some but obviously things like this can't wait.

The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Although the check-in time was set for 3 PM, I wasn’t able to get in until around 3:20 PM even though i requested for an early check-in, and he texted me only after I followed up with him. The AC wasn’t working properly. He suggested I try resetting it, which I did multiple times, but it kept showing the same error and only worked briefly before stopping again. The apartment got very hot during the day and night, which made things uncomfortable. The towels provided had a strong smell and some stains. I was expecting fresh ones or at least some cleaning service during my stay, but that didn’t happen. There was loud construction going on right next to the apartment from early in the morning, which made it difficult to relax or get proper rest. Lastly, even though the check-out time was 11:30 AM, the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 11:15 AM, which felt quite rushed—especially since I wasn’t allowed in on time at check-in. I really wanted to have a better experience, but overall, it fell short of expectations.

The host was super helpful and a chill guy, gave us a tour around casablanca showing us the best spots to go! I'd say the best host I've ever had, providing us with useful information and tips! The appartment itself was nice and modern, with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again
