Hello, We spent 10 days in this apartment .location was good, next to tram, grocery stores, markets and restaurants. Achraf, our receptionist was also very attentive to our needs. The apartment needs some tlc but nothing major.

We are family with little kids and we stayed here almost 3 week . Location is very great close to you market and shop, property is plenty clean and quit . The first night I was not happy because washroom was dirty and I didn’t find stuff for laundry and cooking , but next morning Mehdi ( really excellent man ) fixed everything and we had great time there . I want to just focus that you need to tell about your problem and person ready to fix all for you . I come back one day

It was our first time staying at an apartment and Stayhere was a great choice. The unit we got was clean, organized and had plenty of sunlight. We definitely enjoyed our stay and Yahya made it even better. Yahya was amazing! He made our stay more enjoyable. He would always greet us with a smile. He recommended some places to us and they were amazing! My kids loved him and would look forward to seeing him in the front desk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It gave us the possibility of cooking a few late-night snacks as well as enjoying breakfast in the room with the kids before heading out. Would be nice to have a better chart of amenities that can be requested at the reception, as we had to pass by for toilet paper a few times and there was only one hair dryer that another resident had monopolized. We did have an issue with our washing machine, but the staff offered to throw it all in the main one downstairs for us, so a huge plus in service here.

We love that these units have a kitchen and living room areas as we love to cook and make tea. However, my family and I had rooms on the 4th and 5th floor, unfortunately the water pressure was very low on our floors. In addition, it seems that this property turns off the water after 2am because we were not able to shower or wash our hands during this time. Despite these setbacks, we appreciate this property’s location and the front desk staff is very helpful and kind.

We stayed here two separate times during our trip to Morocco. Both times, the hotel was not ready for us at the listed check-in time and we had to wait a long time to get fully checked in. Both times, the rooms had no towels and we had to wait to get towels. They advertise that the rooms sleep four people (one bed and one sofa bed) but the sofa bed has no sheets or blankets. When we asked for sheets, they brought us fitted sheets and that was it. In one of our rooms, the toilet was attached lopsided to the wall and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t fully close. It was not an expensive place to stay, but even at the price we paid I felt it was too much. I would recommend paying more and getting a place that actually does the bare minimum you would expect from a hotel.

Property is clean but the water pressure of the shower is bad. It was a drizzle. My typical shower time is 15 mins. It took me an hour to be done because it took me forever to rinse. When we got there, there were no bathroom towels, no blankets, no kitchen supplies. I reserved for 3 people but the apartment was setup for only 2 people. The front desk is not 24 hours service so if you are arriving late due to change in flight schedule make sure to make a late check-in arrangement. Location is in business district. Overall if you are going for a vacation find another location geared towards that.

I arrived after a 7-hour international flight to find no one at the front desk, despite the listing stating staff would be available from 9 a.m. to midnight. The phone number on the listing didn't work, and I had nowhere to leave my luggage while I waited hours to be let in. I was placed in a smaller room with water damage, not the deluxe room I had booked. When I raised this, the manager told me all rooms were the same — but when I returned days later to ask about my refund, he said he could have given me the biggest room if I had just waited two days. That was never communicated up front, and it felt dishonest and dismissive. There was also a false claim that I hosted a local guest, which delayed my refund despite the manager later admitting it wasn't true. The experience was frustrating and avoidable. I hope the hotel improves transparency and communication going forward.

My experience with this place was not a good one for the following reasons: - The place is very difficult to find, the entrance is tiny and hidden, completely eclipsed by the restaurant downstairs. - I was looking for the StayHere sign as described in the pictures in Expedia but I could not find it. I was told afterwards that the sign was taken down for some reason, however, they failed to communicate that to me before I arrived. - Our first day when we came back at night, we found the bathroom flooded. I took a video showing water leaking from the bidet hose and from the light fixture in the ceiling. I talked to the front desk person, he gave me towels to soak up the water and promised that a technician will fix it in the morning (it was close to midnight) - The following day, we left early and when we arrived at night, the bathroom was flooded, nobody came to fix anything. I went down to speak to another front desk person who told me that those hoses are leaky which might explain the water from the ceiling i.e. someone above us was having the same issue. He suggested to close the water supply from the source after each use. It did stop the leak albeit inconvenient. He also promised to escalate the issue and have someone fix it in the morning which did not happen.
