「The hotel was very nice, our room was really spacious . My only issue was that it was a dry hotel, (no alcohol), and I didn't know that until I got there.」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「The location is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful but the apartment layout was bizarre. The bathroom is on the main level and the shower on the upper level. The room is on the upper level. If you want go to the bathroom during the night, you have to walk downstairs to the main level. The stairs were sleepy and too high making them inconvenient and dangerous. The sink in the bathroom is very tiny making it very inconvenient. The living room is a forced addition built on the court and has...

「We were checked in by a lovely lady. She was kind, efficient and thorough. Our room wasn't quite ready so she allowed us to wait in their lobby for 15 minutes before being allowed to go to our apartment. Despite knowing that we were a 4 person group, the apartment was set up for 2. We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out bed and. In addition to this, the kitchen was a miss mash of different things. There were not 4 of everything (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery) despite the room being...

「Très grosse déception pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, des travaux et du bruit jusqu’à minuit la première nuit. Piscine inaccessible pendant 3 jours, salle de sport inutilisable, ascenseur à l’arrêt plusieurs jours… Et impossible de rencontrer le directeur malgré nos demandes durant nos 5 nuits. Aucune compensation proposée. Un service et des conditions absolument pas dignes d’un 5 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai plus et je déconseille fortement cet établissement.」
