"We had a wonderful stay in Casa Trentalina. The best part was the outside space with bbq, pizza oven and very comfortable seating, all with an amazing view of Brezzo di Bedero and the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped and all fixtures and furniture were of a high standard. It is a great base to explore the area."

"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"The hotel was wonderful, staff were extremely friendly and very clear with communication. I arrived late and they had left clear instructions and keys for me and the shuttle waited for me in the morning while I had a coffee. Definitely recommend. "
