「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. 「Host was terrific and very helpful. We were here for a very short stay, but location was great for walking tours, shopping and restaurants. We all loved the pizza at Sorbillas. Our challenge: it’s a 2nd floor apartment with very narrow and steep staircase and we had a ton of luggage since this was the end of a lengthy visit to Italy. It is just a one bedroom apartment with a double and a single in the same room. Money well spent as very functional. 」
