"This is a very small 500sf house. It’s a tiny house in the main house’s backyard. It is well decorated with lots of knickknacks. It is very clean & well maintained. The caretaker lives in the main house & is very responsive to any questions or problems you may have. The stairs are VERY steep. If anyone has any mobility issues, then going up to the bedroom would be very tough or potentially dangerous when going down for certain individuals. I would definitely make a BIG point of this on the property posting so a renter is not surprised like we were. Bed is not very comfortable & I’m not sure of the size but it seems very short to me which is made worse due to the A frame ceiling. I’d recommend the owner replace with a new king mattress.If you have to sleep downstairs (like my wife had to due to the steep stairs), there’s only a small futon that really can only accommodate a small adult or a child. We had to get a hotel to sleep at for the last two nights since my wife couldn’t continue sleeping on the futon. I’d recommend replacing it with something that can pull out to accommodate a third guest. Hot tub was broken by previous guest. Jets on one seat worked. It was going to be repaired but not for our stay so owner gave us a bit off the rent. Recommendation here is to empty and refill the hot tub after each guest for hygiene reasons. This is a nice small rental for 2 people (not 3) if you are fully aware of and can navigate the super steep stairs! "

"I can't say enough good about this hotel. My sister and I travel every year together for our birthdays and this has been the best hotel by far! First, the view is amazing! It is conveniently located to everything. Then, the staff are amazing! Mary Beth, the concierge, was so friendly and helpful! Gavin, a valet, was also so friendly and helpful- gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants! The rooms are wonderful- so clean and comfortable! This hotel thought of everything- it has all the extras and more!! I recommend it 100%!! You will not regret it! "
