"Check-in was was OK. We were there at 2:45 but couldn’t check in early because we’re not members. The two girls that work the Front Desk were not that friendly specially the one that I was dealing with. on the other hand, the gentleman who I talk to a day or two before that I had asked if we could get a higher floor he was great and then he was at the desk in the evening, and I talked to him a few times and he was very nice and friendly. I love your hours check in at three out at 12 and breakfast serves till 10 AM. The only problem with the food is there’s no microwave to heat anything up like the little omelettes were cold. A few things that you would want to heat up you couldn’t heat up and the butter was hard as a rock as it came out of the freezer so you had to sit on the little butter patties so you could put it on your biscuits. They were actually on my biscuits cause I was sitting on them lol. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower needs the grout bleached. It was black. It was yuck, if it can’t be bleached, then it needs to be re-grouted because it was pretty nasty and that was room 402. love the room we’re gonna be back there a lot and I’m gonna request that room. Good breakfast great coffee had a great time we went and saw Nate Bargatze at the Knight Center so it was a fun time. I will be back there. "
