“The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it.
They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t……

“The room and lobby were very clean. The pool itself looked very murky so we didn’t take the chance of swimming although we booked this particular hotel to be able to swim.
Breakfast was good.”

“We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river.”

“Breakfast was prompt and was fairly decent.
Shower backed up, grout falling off otherwise rooms were decent. Area surrounding property didn’t seem to be the best area, but we didn’t experience any problems. ”
