「We had such a wonderful stay at the Sonnenalp! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We really appreciated the complimentary SUV service, which made getting around Vail so easy. Huge shout-out to Russell—he went above and beyond with recommendations and genuine hospitality. The location can’t be beat—just a 5-minute walk to the gondola—and the ski valet at Gorsuch made skiing with kids effortless. The holiday activities were a blast!...

「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...

「This hotel is older but well kept. The Indian restaurant is wonderful and the bar/grill nice also. The best thing is the proximity to the Steadman Clinic and the Vail hospital. We were there for surgery and the location (literally right next door) made it so much easier. An easy walk to Lionshead also. 」

「They provide free laundry and free detergent so that was nice. Pool water was warm. There was free shuttle service to Vail village every half hour.」
