When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"

So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
