This lake front home has 2 houses on one property together, making it perfect for 2 families/friend groups, or an extended family gathering! Less than 20 feet from the water, this serene private property hosts a perfect water getaway. Access to kayaks, paddle board and water trampoline. A water trampoline/launch pad is available for use. There is a private hot tub on the property (5 person) that overlooks the lake. There is also a nordic Sauna that can fit 6 adults.
There are two homes on the property. The main home closest to the water has a master bedroom on second floor with a private bathroom. The main floor has a dining room (seats 8), kitchen, living room, and half bath and the first floor has two bedrooms with twin bunk beds in each of them as well as a full bathroom and laundry.
The "guest house" is to the right of the main house when looking at it from the lake. This house has a small kitchenette on the first floor with a fridge and and sink. There are two smaller queen bedrooms with a full bathroom on second floor. There is also laundry and a living space overlooking the lake on the second floor. Each of these rooms have dedicated air conditioning/heaters.
The master bedroom in the main house has a stunning view of the lake and is a wonderful way to wake up in the morning. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops in the main house makes it a center point of the house with the open layout next to the dining table. There is a covered porch right off of the dining room and kitchen I. The main house with an outdoor conversation couch set. You can relax on the porch overlooking the water, on the lawn, on the dock or by the outdoor firepit. Full children's playset with two slides, several swings and a play kitchen/clubhouse on the side of the house.
Guests have full access to both homes and homes are always rented together. Owners are not on-site.

Thomas Pond is a private 600 acre lake. This clean water lake is suitable for swimming, boating and water sports. The neighborhood is friendly and connected. Thomas Pond is in Casco, Maine - a sweet town with breakfast options and coffee shops. Casco is also within 10 minutes of several "larger" towns such as Naples and Windham that offer standard amenities and shopping options as needed from Home Depot to Wal-Mart. Thomas Pond is directly North of Sebago Lake, which also has many public beaches available to spend an afternoon or day, if desired.
A car is necessary to drive to nearby towns and communities, though once groceries are purchased there is no need to leave the peace and serenity of Thomas Pond and you will likely find yourself staying for a week without using a vehicle.

The boat is not available to rent, though there are several local marinas to rent from that will also come and put the boat in the water at Thomas Pond for you.
Otherwise, included in the fee already are two adult kayaks, two children kayaks and paddle board as well as use to adult and children life jackets. (Available from May 1 - October 31)
