Completely supplied for your weekend or holiday escape! Fully renovated, air-conditioned house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring a pull-out sofa in the family room. Savor grilling and bonfires on the spacious backyard patio! Situated 1 block off the water, this property is in a small, quiet neighborhood. The beach is accessible by foot and has chairs and towels available. High speed internet and cable TV. Paper goods, bath towels, shampoo, and soap are all included. Only three miles outside of Caseville, the location of the Rib-fest and Cheeseburger Festivals. Saunter along the stunning, never-ending beaches of Lake Huron and take in the sunsets.

Caseville features a charming brewery, a number of ice cream shops, an accessible marina, and lots of wonderful stores. Plenty of fantastic kayaking, fishing, and water sports offered.

Everything was great. House is beautiful and backyard is the place to be! The AC went out the first 2 nights of our stay and was very hot, but owners sent out an AC tech and got it fixed. Other then that we had a great stay.

Lovely Stay

My husband and two young children stayed here for a long weekend trip to Caseville. Everything was perfect...the house was pristine when we arrived, and just as listed. Modern and cozy. The spacious master bath was probably my personal favorite feature. There were plenty of pleasant surprises that made our stay even better, such as the marshmallow roasting sticks (for smores), beach towels and beach chairs. I loved the rustic feel of the back yard...the trees behind the home added a level of privacy and peace. I am a birdwatcher and nature lover, so the yard was perfect for me. The only constructive feedback I can offer is that it would have been nice to have propane to use the grill. There was also a charcoal grill available (and charcoal), but we haven't mastered that grilling process yet, apparently lol...we couldn't get it fired up properly. So we ended up cooking inside rather than grilling. No biggie. As far as location goes, it's minutes from downtown Caseville and not far at all from Sleeper State Park's beach, where we spent quite a bit of time. Port Austin (downtown) isn't too far either...maybe 20-25 minutes. I'd definitely recommend anyone planning a trip to the area, to rent this property for their stay.
