It is exactly as pictured. There are no additional pictures of anything other than the exact property exactly as it is. It is not a basement whatsoever. You do not go down any steps whatsoever. It is a ground floor unit that you walk in right off of the sidewalk of the private entrance. I found it interesting that they said it was not very clean but didn't offer any specifics. And yes it is waterfront. I find this review very strange because absolutely nothing that has been stated is true. They were also mad because the weather was not as nice as it usually is here in Florida but I don't really have control over that either. And yes I think your grandma would really love it!

It is exactly as listed. It is not a garage nor was it ever a garage, as the garage is clearly a completely separate double garage entity. It is attached to our home as it is specified as a mother-in-law's suite. There is a window as pictured and there is also AC and heat. There is also access to the beach and swimming pool which is directly next door and the guests never even asked about them. They were visiting family that lived down the street and we're gone most of the time. Never once did they complain about their stay or even ask any questions so I find the review very odd. Sometimes people do not read the listing completely or even look at the pictures. Every picture is exactly of the space as it is.
