“We left check-in a bit too late which came a faff as we were approaching the property on public transport. You need to check-in to obtain an entry code for the building and your room. Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. All good in the end though - the apartment was immaculate, well sited for access across the city and we'd certainly recommend to others and would revisit.”

“Definitely had a mixed experience at this VRBO. The check in was very difficult, mostly due to the fact that the parking card never worked. The keys were also a problem because there was not a way to get into the building except through the parking garage, which we could not access. We waited 45 minutes to figure out how to access the building. Upon entering we had an issue with the air conditioning (which was an easy fix), but we waited for a person to come service. “Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location.”
