“We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are……

“This unit is located close to the water, bus lines, and a reasonable walk to the restaurants. Bus lines will connect you from the train station to nearby the apartment. The building was well-maintained, quiet and clean. Although in a city region, the street that the building was located on is quiet by day and reasonably quiet at night -especially for a weekend. There was some street activity of people and cars but not at all excessively noisy. The apartment is small, but was fine for three……

“The apartment is conveniently located, well-equipped and clean. There is no A/C, which was transparently stated, but a large fan was provided and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment had a bad smell and felt rather sparsely and impersonally furnished, lacking warmth and character. Also make sure to double-check your car’s dimensions before using the parking garage. We were informed via WhatsApp only 45 minutes before our confirmed 3pm check-in that the apartment would not be ready……
