「Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). Lovely grounds and quiet roads. Hotel staff very helpful when we had question about where to park near our room. We did not eat at the restaurant or purchase breakfast, instead we got...

「Very comfortable property. Close to stores to get groceries. Restaurants close by as well. Very clean and washer and dryer was a plus.」

「Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft direkt hinterm Bahnhof, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Gleisseite gehabt, trotz mancher Züge (kaum zu hören, da sie in dem Abschnitt nur sehr langsam rollen und Fenster sehr neu sind). Super Klimaanlage, angenehme Self-Service Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Ticino Ticket gratis auf Anfrage nach Vorausbezahlung des Gästebeitrages/Übernachtungssteuer. Das Beste - Badezimmer und Betten. Noch nie so bequem und günstig kurz vor der Hauptsaison am Lago Maggiore übernachtet....

「We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.」

「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」
