"A very nice room, directly on the Interlaken West train platform, with nice views of the canal, modern rooms, and close walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A few less ammenities than some of the other places we stayed (coffee, but no kettle for example). The area was quiet, and the staff were attentive and helpful. It was a good price for the area, and we enjoyed the stay."

"Hi we had a nice stay but one of the reception team was very rude with me. I asked her about the wifi setup she asked me to follow the steps which I did and got stuck on one of the part. She asked let me do it for you and grabbed my phone and said some people do not know how to use tech and then handed me the phone and threw the paper in the table. She was very unprofessional. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast team were awesome, they were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Rooms were small and it was difficult for us with 2 kids but manageable. "Closer to Zurich central. Walkable distance and would be even better once the construction nearby has been completed. Smaller space with not much privacy. Could do with some basic amenities in the room. It works best for short stays."

"Check in was smooth. Room was okay nothing spectacular. The shower is not private, coffee selection is minimal. If you purchase coffee from the bar/restaurant it’s very expensive and strong. They will tax you on EVERYTHING. We paid in advance for parking and they tax that which was more than the 2 nights of parking. So 2 nights of parking was $120.00 USD. Very minimal food selection on the menu and a plain Cesar salad was over 25.00. McDonald’s is connected to the property so you have that option but small menu and expensive."
