「Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. 」

「We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment. It was so nice to have three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area was large. The kitchen was well appointed. It was wellLocated on the bus route and easy to walk downhill onto the city. We took the bus back one time and an Uber the other. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Lucerne. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay! Host was very attentive and checked in on us. The location is a quick bus ride to the bus station and chapel bridge. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes from your door. Would stay again!」

「Nice condo on top floor of building with good views and easy walk to restaurants and groceries.Could use more frying pans and both bedrooms should have mirrors, but otherwise great. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful balcony.」

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
