"Thr ONLY reason I did jot give 5 stars is bc the selling points for me were the waterfall & the hot tub. With the last few weeks I had, I picked this place to be able to relax by the waterfall & do absolutely nothing and relax my body in the hot tub (which was desperately needed). The waterfall was hardly anything (which apparently the resort doesn't manage) and the hot tub was not working; they could've posted that information on their website. Other than that, the staff was phenomenal and super friendly."

It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for an overnight getaway. The delivered breakfast was hot and delicious as well! We would definitely stay here again."
