「Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. 「Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. 「This beautiful Villa from the 1600’s was everything and more than anticipated. Situated right outside of Sarteano, a town we fell in love with. The view from the Villa was spectacular.
