「This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area.」

「Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme.」

「This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!」

「Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung was wir dort gefunden haben. Dennoch war es nicht weit zum Meer. Pierro der Gastgeber, welcher ebenso im Hause wohnt, hatte wunderbare Sightseeing Tipps für uns. Auch die Lokale, die er uns empfahl waren immer eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Kleine Reparaturen wurden immer sofort erledigt. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl.」

「Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Und gut Ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage zum Strand, freie Strände sind leider etwas weiter weg. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Villa Rosa und auch nach Alba Adriatica. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, da können wir den Hundestrand in in Martinsicuro empfehlen. Gerne wieder,」

「My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. 「La proprietà è secondo me mal presentata. Dall'annuncio non si riesce a capire fino in fondo la magia e la perfezione di questo luogo. È molto più ricca di comfort e servizi di quanto uno si possa aspettare. I proprietari sono due persone fantastiche. Purtroppo nel mezzo della vacanza mi si è rotta l'auto e ho dovuto chiedere di poter prolungare il soggiorno di 2 notti. 「Wir sind sehr zufrieden, unser Urlaub war schön , die Möglichkeit draußen zu spazieren ein Traum , auf dem Spielplatz gab es immer eine Attraktion. Im August war Karneval die Kinder und wir hatte.
