Was there in March ‘25 so off season. Platja D’Aro was empty and so was the apartment building. An oasis of tranquility, how I like it. 200mtr from the beach. Coastal trail is a must. Biking heaven!

Fijne vakantie, slechte service

Onze vakantie was fijn in Platja d'Aro, het appartement viel tegen. Het was oud, schimmel in de badkamer, roest op de balkonmeubels. Het zwembad bleek, onverwachts, ivm onderhoud dicht. Dat viel tegen, je boekt namelijk verblijf met zwembad. De plek was wel ideaal, daarom zijn we gebleven maar ik ben niet positief over dit appartement, vrbo en de contactpersoon.

Roger replied to all our questions in no time and helped to bring a new heater since the existing one was not working well. Thank you!The apartment is located very close to the beach and has a supermarket and several restaurants really close. The apartment is facing south wich gave us sunlight the entire day snd helped to warm it up. It is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen stuff.Most of the apartment was clean but there was mould in the bedroom curtains and in some seals in the bathroom. It was a good experience and we would have stayed longer if available. Would consider this apartment for a future visit.
