Paulo and family are excellent hosts. Caring and considerate, we felt very at home. The property is incredible and very well maintained. The infinity pool overlooking the countyside is amazing. The.nearby town of Castallabate is nice, and you hear almost only Italian being spoken, which is nice and makes it feel authentic Italy. Grazie Paulo and family.

Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere una bella vacanza in un posto tranquillo, pulito gestito da proprietari cordiali e disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il mare di S.Maria di Castellabate è pulito e oltre alla spiaggia attrezzata c'è quella libera che consiglio. Saluti Sonia

La struttura è splendida ed esattamente come presentata nell'annuncio. Paolo e Assunta sono due persone squisite estremamente disponibili. La posizione è invidiabile comodissima sia per il mare che per il paese ma anche per raggiungere Paestum ad esempio. Davvero un soggiorno piacevole.

Location meravigliosa,un casale da favola con appartamento molto confortevole ( io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nel Rubino) dotato del necessario,un giardino stupendo per un perfetto relax in piscina dopo una giornata di mare.Gentilissimi i proprietari Paolo,Assunta ed il figlio Francesco,sempre attenti e disponibili . Tutto perfetto, da consigliare assolutamente!!

Location exceptionnelle. Les propriétaires paolo et son epouse irreprochables. Un apero dinatoire prevu par les proprios lors de feragusto avec les autres locataires. Leurs disponibilités , l acceuil par francesco le fils. La température de la piscine. La vue sur la campagne du sarento le vin et l’ huile d olive proposée par paolo. Abgesehen von dem Apartment selbst, das im Souterrain liegt und kein Fenster besitzt, ist die Anlage wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und großflächig angelegt. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse und dem Poolbereich. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. waren 10 Tage im Casale San Pietro und waren rundum begeistert. Paolo hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns sofort über das traumhafte Anwesen mit wunderschönem Blumen- und Nutzgarten geführt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack angelegt, noch schöner als auf den Bildern im Internet. Der Pool, mit Extra- Aussendusche, und die Aussicht über die Hügel und auf das Meer sind auch ein Traum. Wir durften uns auch im Kräutergarten bedienen und haben auch 2x gegrillt. Am Holzunterstand konnten wir uns ebenso gratis bedienen. Den Pizzaofen haben wir nicht angeworfen. Waschmaschine in separatem Raum war vorhanden ohne Zusatzkosten. Obwohl wir kein italienisch konnten und Paolo nur italienisch spricht hat die Konversation mit etwas Phantasie gut funktioniert. Als wir 1x nicht weiterkamen hat Paolo seinen Sohn Francesco angerufen, der dann auf Englisch dolmetschte. Die Kinder konnten im großen Garten frei spielen und wurden von Paolo umherzt. Einziges Manko war die "Souterrainwohnung", wir hatten Rubino, da sie ohne Fenster ist. Da wir uns aber vor allem draußen im Garten aufhielten war die Beeinträchtigung gering. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine größere Kaffeemaschine wäre von Vorteil. Das W-lan (für unsere Kinder natürlich wichtig) hat auch auf dem Aussengelände super funktioniert einschl. am Pool. Alles in Allem ein traumhafter Urlaub mit sehr, sehr herzlichen Vermietern.

Abbiamo trascorso coi nostri due figli due magnifiche settimane nel Casale San Pietro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tutto é stato perfetto come descritto. La sorpresa é stata la bella piscina appena costruita :) Da sottolineare é la gentilezza dei proprietari Paolo e Assunta disponibili per ogni essigenza. Torneremo!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo quattro giorni presso il Casale S. Pietro. Appartamento tutto nuovo e pulito, vista mozzafiato dal residenti davanti, ed una piscina bellissima dove rilassarsi la sera. Il Casale è davvero bello, ma lo rende speciale Paolo, il proprietario con la sua gentilezza, i suoi buoni prodotti dell'orto ed i suoi preziosi consigli su luoghi da visitare ed ottimi ristoranti.

la casa, un podere ristrutturato bene e recentemente, è molto bella. Lo spazio fuori è grande: ci sono alberi da frutto (quanti fichi ho mangiato.....) e un orto con pomodori di tutte le specie a disposizione. L'appartamento è curato e attrezzato di tutto quel che serve, il barbecue a disposizione. Insomma un posto dove si sta davvero molto bene. Certo, la casa è in alto sulla collina e per andare al mare bisogna prendere l'auto e fare almeno 3 o 4 chilometri, però in compenso si è fuori dal traffico e dalla confusione. La descrizione della struttura rispecchia la realtà, perfetta pe una vacanza rilassante, pulita e tenuta alla perfezione. Abbiamo apprezzato le passeggiate nell'orto, i buonissimi pomodori appena raccolti ed il bellissimo prato verde dove i nostri ragazzi hanno giocato a piedi scalzi. Bellissima vista sulle colline sottostanti e uno scorcio di mare che è a pochi minuti di macchina. Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari Paolo e Assunta dai quali abbiamo avuto ottimi consigli per visite turistiche e ristoranti. In conclusione tutto bello

La villa e gli appartamenti sono ben tenuti e curati nei minimi dettagli, Assunta e Paolo sono estremamente cordiali e disponibili per esigenze di qualsiasi tipo. La posizione è ottima come punto di partenza per visitare le bellezze del Cilento ed, infine, la possibilità di usufruire dell’orto e del frutteto ha giocato un altro punto a favore della struttura. Nel mese di agosto abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile, resa ancora più piacevole dal soggiorno in un posto magnifico come il Casale San Pietro.

Paolo e Assunta due perfetti padroni di casa. Luogo incantevole.....vista panoramica dalla collina che si affaccia sul golfo di santa Maria di Castellabate. Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni confort. A disposizione perfino orto e frutteto...spiagge nei dintorni pulite e varie. Noi abbiamo fatto gita a che sulla costiera Amalfitana e Pompei. Prima volta nel Cilento valutazione nel complesso ottima. A presto.

E' stata una bellissima vacanza ospiti di Assunta e Paolo nel loro bellissimo casale da poco ricostruito, nell'appartamento Rubino accogliente pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Assunta e Paolo ci hanno accolto con discreta gentilezza, generosità di indicazioni e spiegazioni su Castellabate e dintorni. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la possibilità di cogliere verdure fresche dall'orto e frutta dalle piante del giardino. Ben attrezzato il barbecue che abbiamo usato con soddisfazione. Impagabile il poter camminare a piedi nudi sul prato del casale. Altrettanto apprezzato il profumo di erbe aromatiche che le siepi rilasciano. Quello che si trova è meglio delle foto. Bellissimo posto sempre ventilato e silenzioso.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Casale San Pietro! Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Lage. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) hatten das Appartement Aquamarina. Es besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche mit Schlafcouch. In der Küche hatten wir noch unser Kinderreisebett aufgebaut. Die Vermieter sind sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!
