“房間乾淨，靠近市區，徒步即可到達，員工熱心講解介紹，很棒的旅館”

“Just had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Upon arriving after a long flight w/ no sleep all night, we were told that they did not have a room for us that was booked & pd in Feb. We asked why not another room but we were told they were fully booked even though throughout the 4 days we were back & forth at the hotel we never saw one guest anywhere. It was so odd & like nothing we have ever experienced at a hotel before. They said we would have to stay at another hotel across town. The……

“Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here.”

“Clean and very central. Definitely a 4 star hotel, if not better. Newly renovated, anda beautiful design.”

“Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!”

“Trevligt centralt hotell.”

“This hotel locates in the heart of Palermo with helpful staffs. Highly recommend.”

“We had a lovely week and we highly recommend it to others! The location is just perfect, and is in walking distance to everything. There was a party on the street Friday and Saturday but it was not a problem with earplugs. The hosts were super helpful. We could check in late, they ordered a taxi for us and they gave great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The room was newly renovated and very clean, and there was even a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the……

“Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice.”

“Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage.”

“Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. ”

“This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions - -theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. I arrived a day later than my reservation and had some difficulty contacting the manager for an entry code. The area near the property is noisy at all hours. The restaurants near the property are nothing special and a tour guide informed that many of them are franchise restaurants.”

“Friendly staff, spacy room, excellent location to various tourist spots.”

“Värden var fantastisk, hjälpte till med transfer och restaurangbokning 5/5. Byggnaden och entrén var i dåligt skick och påverkade upplevelsen och gemensamhetsutrymmen för frukost var lite väl liten. I övrigt sett till pris och typ av boende kan det rekommenderas! ”

“Location was perfect!!”

“Nicolina is a sweet , hardworking and helpful person . My husband and I appreciate her dedication . We had a wonderful staying at her hotel. ”
