Very centrally located in historical district. I was able to walk to all recommended sights. Lots of interesting restaurants, very vibrant area. My room was located at the front of the building on a very busy street but I was not disturbed by any noise from the street. I highly recommend this location. I am a senior lady travelling alone and felt very safe in this area.

Skip this one. My bathroom was across a hall and I had to unlock and lock every time I used it. Horrible pillows. Other than that, it is smack in the middle of downtown with several dining options and mini markets. Also property owner is hard to get a hold of.

It was right in the historic center of Palermo - we couldn't have asked for a better location. When the train strike prevented us from leaving, they were very helpful and found us a room for an additional night.

Francesca, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, comfortable, and the location was exceptional… within walking distance to many sites. For an additional €20/day, we took advantage of valet parking. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property was excellent. Right in the middle of all the main site seeing and restaurants. Our room was a little tired. The mattress had seen better days and the room could use some updating. It was very clean.

Hotel was in a very good location, walkable, staff was accommodating and helpful. We liked our view of the street and the busyness of it all. We wish there was another mirror in the room the only one was in the bathroom, hard when 2 women were getting ready.

Francesca was very responsive to my questions. I stayed in a suite so had a living room which was so lovely. Lots of restaurants nearby. It can be a bit noisy with street music down the road but I enjoyed that.

Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. No breakfast available, but a cafe across the street.

Very minimal reservation. For consideration: Bed, AC, bathroom, small balcony. Inside had a small coffee table and two chairs that seemed to have broken seats and low to the ground, challenging for older/taller people. Two stools in bedroom in place of night stands. Only room to open one small suitcase. No coffee/tea. No fridge. Right in the middle of the city, so there are many stores/cafes/restraints very close. Parking available but may not be their service and requires 20 min notice but took several calls/messages to get anyone and took an hour to get our vehicle. Plan well ahead if heading to airport/appointment. Staff is rarely on sight.

Very convenient location in a high pedestrian activity area so we heard people out having fun. This is a unit in a suite of units within an apartment building. It feels like a small hotel room that opens into a common area with several tables & chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, supplies to make coffee & tea. We liked the firm bed, good water pressure in the shower, and our own small terrace.

Room was tidy and similar to photos. Location was excellent, by Palermo’s busiest pedestrian street. While this made the view from the balcony great, it was extremely noisy. The noise made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower cabinet was also insulated pretty poorly so the whole bathroom floor was flooded with water after a shower.
