“Great bed & breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Really friendly host, who checked us in and was very responsive to arrival time and logistics. Lovely breakfast provided too. Worked well for a one night stay after a later arriving flight. ”

“Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained. The room is beautifully located and the staff seem very nice but the room a disappointment. We arrived late in the evening and checked out the following day. We pointed out the……

“The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not……

“The room is excellent. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. It has an elevator 😀. Close to stores and restaurants. The only thing is that is hardto locate and hard to park.”

“Belmonte102 is not a luxury suite as advertised but it is comfortable and in a great location. The doorman was very helpful and we thank him. Breakfast was included and sufficient, there were no other amenities. Would recommend based on location.”

“Our bright and impeccably clean room had modern amenities, good Wifi, air conditioning, a comfortable king sized bed, a balcony for two, coffee and tea makers and a small refrigerator stocked with water. The virtual lobby was a breeze to navigate, and our host was available so quickly when we had questions. Located steps from Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo, everything was walkable!”
