「Was very nice hotel and perfect location, problem was cleaning team didn’t come everyday and when they did was only at 8am and we wanted to sleep in during our vacation. People were nice when they were there but no one was at front desk 80% of the time」

They were incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. 「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
