Italian seaside hotel

We were the only British there and all other guests seemed to be Italian which was fine by us....it is Italy after all but it may not suit everyone. We travelled around Puglia and Basilicata and this was the place where English was least spoken and so our bit of Italian learned before travelling came in very handy. Be warned, I was told a particular meat was chicken and it tasted like chicken but my husband later discovered it was rabbit which I don't eat!! The room was tiny but we only slept there and were only there for 3 nights and so it was suitable. It was super clean but needs a little update. We had a card to slot in to start the electrics, similar to most hotels now, but we had to practically ram this in. We couldn't work the safe as we couldn't find the hidden button and didn't really want to ask but I am sure if we had done, we would have been shown. The balcony was small but we had a lovely sea view but only one chair and a few very old and broken pegs. The shower was small. I am small and struggled and I so I'm not sure how someone larger would manage. No tea and coffee facilities which I may have expected from a hotel. We only used the beach one morning but still had to pay 30 Euros resort fee (for use of the beach and loungers). You don't get towels and so take your own and you actually get a numbered lounger but they didn't tell us this until after we'd been sunbathing on one a few feet away for an hour!! The restaurant staff are the jewel here

Un soggiorno eccellente, miglioriamo il menù baby.

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'Hotel Ticho's è stato nel complesso molto piacevole. Ecco alcuni dettagli: Pulizia: 5/5 Le stanze e le aree comuni erano impeccabilmente pulite. Il servizio di pulizia era puntuale e molto accurato, garantendo un ambiente sempre ordinato e confortevole. Personale: 5/5 Il personale è stato eccezionale. Tutti erano estremamente cordiali, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La loro professionalità ha sicuramente reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Ristorazione: 3/5 Sebbene la qualità del cibo fosse buona, siamo rimasti delusi dalla mancanza di un menù dedicato ai bambini. Questo ha limitato le opzioni per i più piccoli, che hanno finito per mangiare principalmente dolci. Sarebbe utile se in futuro l'hotel considerasse l'inclusione di un menù baby per soddisfare meglio le esigenze delle famiglie con bambini. In conclusione, consiglierei sicuramente l'Hotel per la sua eccellente pulizia e l'ottimo personale. Tuttavia, sarebbe ancora più perfetto con qualche opzione in più per i più piccoli nel menù.

Hotel comodissimo fronte mare, con spiaggia riservata. Pulito, camere spaziose, si mangia veramente bene e si è supercoccolati da tutto il personale, compreso quello in spiaggia. Sicuramente un'ottima struttura 4 stelle con la cordialità e la simpatia dell'ambiente familiare. Castellaneta Marina è anche un posto comodissimo per visitare Matera. 50 minuti, Alberobello, 50 minuti, Grotte di Castellana e Taranto. Consigliatissimo

Di speciale il posto , mi e piaciuta la disponibilità in generale del personale e soprattutto le decisioni immediate e positive della direttrice . Hotel, carino a due passi dal mare

Eravamo in due; una settimana all-inclusive. Esperienza positiva. Sicuramente da consigliare, magari più a coppie con bambini. Buona organizzazione della struttura. Colazione, pranzo e cena erano a bufett ma i cibi erano abbondanti e di buona qualità. Il personale gentile e competente.
