“Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder……

The accomodation exists of a main house (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) and two smaller units (both double bedrooms with their own entrance and private bathroom). “Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, leider stört der ständige Autolärm der direkt am Haus vorbei führenden Schnellstraße. Die Spielgeräten für die Kinder im Garten sind leider sehr ungepflegt und teilweise defekt, sogar sehr gefährlich für die Kinder. Was uns aber wirklich sehr gestört hat sind die Bäder, leider konnten wir aufgrund starker Geruchsbelästigung ein Bad überhaupt nicht benutzen und bei zwei anderen Bädern kam nur sehr spärlich Wasser an der Dusche, ein angenehmes Duschen war leider……

“We are two young families who booked this wonderful property to use as a home base for traveling around together in Southern Italy and we are so glad we did. The home's proximity to Matera is perfect as it was only a 10 min drive and we were able to explore the city daily (the owner's recommendations for dining and sites were spot on) and then return to the expansive property and enjoy wine and the breathtaking sunsets while the kids played in the huge pool. The home is extremely well laid out……

“All we can say is that the pictures looked great and cozy but the actual location is far more impressive being located right next to the 2nd most important church in Taranto. We opened the window and looked out side and was blessed with seeing the church right there, the sounds of the street of people walking by it all comes together for that romantic get away. “The host was very responsive, and the place was very clean. I wish we knew about a few things before we rented a place for the month; - There’s a service fee that we had to pay assuming like a resort fee that we were unaware of until we got to the unit. This was paid in cash. - We rented this unit because it had kitchenette. We made good use out of the mini fridge. However, unless we had all the lights, turned off the air conditioning, turned off, etc.. We were unable to use the burner stove……

“Abbiamo trascorso 11 notti in uno degli appartamenti di Terre del Faro a Scanzano Jonico, e devo dire che è come se fossimo stati a casa nostra. La struttura si trova vicino al mare, raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. L'appartamento risulta molto confortevole, tranquillo e silenzioso. Giusy e suo padre sono gentilissimi e vi sapranno fornire ogni indicazione e informazione utile per la vostra vacanza. Se torneremo da queste parti sicuramente Terre del Faro sarà nuovamente la nostra "base" per……

“Schönes kleines und gemütliches Häuschen, allerdings ausbaufähig. Für 4 Personen ist es zu klein. Die Lage ist sehr schön und zenteal.”

“Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna.”
