“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Genau wie beschrieben und dich viel besser.Der Empfang durch unseren Hausherrn war sehr herzlich und er hat uns bis in Detail alles erklärt und gezeigt , Empfehlungen für Restaurants und die Umgebung gemacht.Sogar in zwei Weingütern ist er mit uns gewesen und hat auch während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps per WhatsApp geschickt , nie aufdringlich.Unsere Hund waren auch sehr willkommen und haben den ausbruchsicheren Garten sehr genossen. “Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati……

Indtjekning kunne muligvis være gået hurtigere med mere end en bag disken - men meget serviceminded personale alle steder på pladsen og også i receptionen.
