Great Location

We loved the property and it's location which was in a small and secure community. The apartment had everything we needed and perfect for 2 people. The beach was only 5 minutes walk and the town with a railway station only 15 minutes walk. You don't need a car which suited us as we feel nervous driving overseas. After days out walking and sightseeing we always looked forward to returning home to Yanet's apartment which felt like home.

Air Conditioning did not work

Suitable for a couple. A third person turns the location uncomfortable since space is quite limited. Small and few luggage strongly recommended. The air conditioning never run as part of essential services for our selection. Information about wifi was not provided clearly (very simple to do so). If you plan to visit Barcelone look for other locations. It takes 60 to 75 minutes by public transportation. Return after 00:01 am about 2 hours. Car o taxi 20-25 minutes. For the beach nearby just fine

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage - Strand und Stadt waren nicht weit weg. (Leider an der Hauptstraße) Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles da was man brauchte. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin trotz Sprachbarriere. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können.

Nette kleine Zweiraumwohnung in Top-Lage

Man hat im Prinzip alles was man zum Wohnen braucht, die Wohnung hat auch ihr eigenes Flair (Bilder, Einrichtung usw). Insgesamt zwar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis kann man sich absolut NICHT beschweren. Das Bett war uns etwas zu klein, evt nur 1,20 oder 1,30m breit?, da muss man kuscheln.... Leider war in unserer Woche ein Handwerker in einer der oberen Wohnung lautstark zu Gange, er fing alledings gnädigerweise erst gegen 9:00 an. Da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür...Auch die nahe Schnellstrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Fenster im Schlafzimmer muss zu bleiben. Dafür ist man aber auch in einer TOP Lage, 3 min zu Restaurants/Geschäften, 5min zum Strand. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für wenig Geld!! Kleiner Tip: TV nur spanisch, Tablet o.ä. mit HDMI Kabel mitnehmen.

Bueno, bonito y barato

Magnifica la señora Yanet, nos ayudo en todo lo que se presento, el apartamento agradable, 25 min en auto a Barcelona,10 min a la playa, que mas se puede pedir. Muchas gracias, lo recomiendo.
