For rent in Empuriabrava, in a quiet residential area and in a modern building, this cosy studio is located on the 4th floor with a lift. The accommodation is air-conditioned and has a 6 m² terrace with exceptional views of the marina and the sea, where you can see boats coming and going.



On the ground floor of the building, in the port of Empuriabrava, there are several shops and restaurants, and the studio is located just 600 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the city centre and its commercial area.



The apartment has Wi-Fi and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Le matelas sur le canapé était plus grand que le canapé, d'où la difficulté à deux de ne pas tomber par terre, les côtés du matelas étant bombés. Appartement pour jeunes minces!!!

Das Apartment war klein aber es reichte völlig aus. Den Balkon hätte man etwas netter gestalten können. Dort stand nur ein alter Stuhl und Tisch. Die Lage war top. Super Ausblick auf den Kanal und man konnte auch das Meer sehen. Die Stadt war zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
