Lieber nicht buchen!

Wir haben das Haus im Oktober 24 für eine Woche gemietet. Check In klappte reibungslos, sehr liebe und herzliche Kontaktperson. Gut ausgestattete Küche, aber leider nicht sauber.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr gut gelegen, sauber, von der Ausstattung ausreichend, man hat alles was man so im Urlaub braucht. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr herzlich und engagiert. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und möchten gerne wieder kommen.

Toller Pool, super Lage aber teilweise schmutzig und winzige Küche

sehr positiv: tolle Lage: zwei Minuten zu Fuß bis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand, sehr großer, gepflegter Pool in schönem Garten (leider nur zwei Liegen), gemütlicher, schattiger Sitzbereich vor dem Haus, sehr ordentliche Dusche. schwierig: zunächst sollte Schlüsselabholung in Agentur erfolgen (bis 13.00 Uhr), Check in aber erst um 16.00 Uhr. Weil dann die Agentur wegen Corona geschlossen war, wurde telefonisch besprochen, dass man bei Ankunft anrufen solle und jemand den Schlüssel bringt. Die angegebene Nummer war dann dauerhaft besetzt. Kommunikation war schwierig. negativ: Die Kleiderschränke und Schubladen waren sehr schmutzig und mussten nach Ankunft erst ausgewischt werden (und wir sind nicht pingelig), die Küche ist extrem klein mit einer niedrigen Spüle, Kochgeschirr ist allerdings in großer Menge vorhanden, war aber bei Ankunft teilweise schmutzig: an vielen Stellen Essens- und Fettreste und es gab sehr wenig Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Nach einer freundlichen Mitteilung an die Vermieterin, dass wir bezüglich der Sauberkeit im Haus und der Anzahl der Liegen für 5 Erwachsene nicht ganz zufrieden seien, bekamen wir die Rückmeldung, dass die Vermieterin mit ihrer Putzfirma schon lange gut zusammenarbeitet und unsere Beschwerden somit unbegründet seien und dass wir ja wieder heimfahren könnten, wenn es uns nicht gefiele: das empfanden wir als sehr unfreundlich.
