「I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better...

「It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre.」

「最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！」

「非常純樸自然，動物養的很健康，炎炎的8月天，晚上微風徐徐，半夜可以直接走到房外看到滿天的星星It is very simple and natural, and the animals are kept very healthy. On a hot August day, the breeze is gentle at night, and you can walk directly outside the room in the middle of the night and see the stars in the sky.」

「鄰近車站，走路不遠。這裡沒有電梯，飯店在三樓。公寓裡的電梯，飯店並不能使用。 由民宅改建，很有當地風格。一個小公寓空間被隔成三間，只有一個狹窄的走廊，其實隔音效果不太好，並且蠻可能遇到別的旅客。 必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。 房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。」
