Great ocean front hotel!

Super friendly and hospitable staff. Clean rooms, great view and walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Parking a little limited but front desk helped assist. Loved it!

The view from our front balcony room was perfect and the sunset from Vista on the 5th floor was great as was the bartender at Vista. Overall great stay. We came in late on a Saturday night and they were able to get us reservations at a nice restaurant a short walk away. Also set up taxi transportation for us the next morning for a boat trip to Cinque Terre that was leaving out of La Spezia. You won’t get a better breakfast buffet that is included in any hotel in the years I’ve been traveling.

What a beautiful location, amazing friendly staff and gorgeous area. We were treated like royalty and quite honestly after traveling further North to Cinque Terra, we're going to go back down and stay another 2 nights.

The hotel is comfortable, with modern rooms, a nice breakfast, a small bar, and a rudimentary roof-top sitting area. Service was fantastic; we got lots of help finding things like wine tasting. Parking was available on site.

Great hotel! Loved the location! We walked to amazing dining just 1/1 miles to the south along the beautiful waterfront where there were many excellent choices. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and kind to us and we appreciated that very much. The breakfast was excellent. Everything we could have wanted and excellent service. Superb quality in all aspects of the hotel and service. Thank you very much!

Great location- bass from club until 1am Terrible

The staff was great- the breakfast in the morning was also amazing- the issue is that there are 2 clubs near the beach that played music until 1am in the middle of the week- there was nothing the staff can do- despite wanting the view of the ocean, it was the loudest place you could stay. The bass thumping until 1am made for a very tired morning.

My wife and I loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We greatly appreciate their ability and willingness to communicate with us in English. The room was very clean and everything we needed was a short walk from the property. The included breakfast was amazing. Not like the typical cheap breakfast you get in the States. Fresh, tasty and delightful!! A very high recommendation for this property.

Location: sea view and the beach across the road. Unfortunately the beach was closed due to some issues with the sand and the weather was stormy. But we had a great view at the bay and the castle. Welcoming staff and very nice breakfast. A minus in the room: the shower space is a bit small though.

Hotel quite a distance from Lerici but it is walkable even with your suitcase. Dreadful piped music which continued until at least midnight and started again at 7am. As it was downstairs, it was distorted in the room and most irritating. Very average breakfast, Room comfortable and good toiletries. Good view on Gulf of Poets from front of hotel.

What a gem!

What an amazing find! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel this clean—the attention to detail was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and kind, making us feel at home right from the start. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made every morning feel like a dream. The breakfast was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was top-quality, and the lovely lady running it made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone we met, including the cleaning crew, was so kind and thoughtful. And as a dog lover, I have to mention their adorable little dog, Lucky. He’s the sweetest, and it was such a treat to have him around for cuddles. Hotel Florida is just a fantastic place, and I couldn’t recommend it more. I already can’t wait to go back!
