"In general hotel is good. Location is perfect. Breakfast is good. We had only a couple problems. AC was not working. So we have to sleep with open window. As a result, we had mosquitoes. And noise from tramway. But it does not ruin our stay in Florence. Thank you. "

"The hotel is very nice, spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. They also have a small but efficient gym. On the first day, we found out that the air conditioning was not available, so the room was extremely hot, and they did not have portable fans. From our understanding, this was due to government regulations. The next day, they transferred us to a larger room where the sun did not hit directly, which made a big difference. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent."

"My first impression of the hotel is very good with the display of the hotel ground level. However I found the service is vey limited: the clean up is not through and they did not refill coffee pods for 2 nights. Then I had to phone the service which is always busy. I had to drag myself out of bad to the reception in order to get coffee! Then, I got a knock on the door to clean the room so I tried to leave to give them some time to do it. Even though I spent three hours outside and came back to the untouched room. So I spoke with the cleaning person on the corridor and was told to go to reception for the arrangement! I almost found this feels like staying in a hostel with the hotel price!"

"So, where to begin. First 2 days painters outside our open window on the 4th floor (FOURTH!) woke us up at 7am every morning. I have videos af a strangers face looking into our room from 2 feet away. we have a 12 year old daughter and, well..... The window was open because otherwise the room would have been boiling.Italian hotels don't turn on the AC until later in the year. I complained, showed them the video and they moved us to a room 5 meters ( literally) from the Tram tracks. The room shook every time a tram passed, which was every 20 mins. Since we had to keep the windows closed because of the noise of the Trams the room was boiling. I asked for a fan at 2 am one morning. Also the sink in the bathroom of the second room leaked all over the floor. we didn't bother to report it though because we had already moved rooms. No one at the hotel seemed to know anything - closest supermarket, where the fans were, whether the heating was turned on in our room or not. Florence is beautiful but VERY touristy and this hotel seemed to take its guests for granted. The only exception was breakfast with the staff being lovely."

"Solid Stay with Great Amenities. I had a very smooth experience at this property. The check-in process was efficient, and the room was notably clean and well-maintained. The Highlights Dining: The restaurant is impressively large and offers a great range of options for breakfast and dinner. Transport: The airport shuttle service was quick and reliable, making the commute stress-free. Staff: Professional and organized, especially during the peak check-in times. Room Comfort Note The only downside was the room temperature. Despite it being early April, the room felt very warm. The air conditioning unit didn't seem to be working properly, though we didn't report it at the time as we only noticed it late in the evening and were too tired to move. Final Verdict: A highly convenient and clean choice for an airport stay. I’d definitely stay here again, though I’d double-check the AC settings a bit earlier in the night next time!"
