"Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. Not a good start at a 5 star property."

"Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here. "

"The receptionist made a point of emphasising we had room air conditioning & mini bar drinks included in the in-room fridge. Neither the air conditioning or fridge were working - which having checked in at 9pm, we didn’t notice. When we reported this the next morning when checking out - the receptionist checked her vompu& simply said “it wasn’t switched on” by them … no apology, no accountability! "

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean and comfortable bedroom (ask for one on back of building for less noise). The only minor complaint is a mold stain in the shower, which should be removed."
