Appartement dans un village à flanc de montagne correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce, un peu dans son jus mais bien entretenu. La terrasse reste le point fort de l'appartement. Le clocher rythme la journée mais s'arrête le soir pour la nuit. Alessandra a bien organisé notre arrivée et a toujours réagi vite en cas de problème ou d'interrogation de notre part. Le logement est plutot bien situé pour visiter la ligurie et les 5 terres. Nous avons vraiment aimé et profité de ces vacances et de cette location que je recommande.

Très belle vue depuis les hauteurs sur la mer et le littoral

La maison est au calme dans un vieux village dans les hauteurs. Si vous n'aimez pas les escaliers passez votre chemin. 3 très grandes chambres qui restaient suffisamment fraîches pour bien dormir la nuit. la partie jour tout en haut avec la terrasse surplombant tout le littoral à quelques kilomètres est spectaculaire. Castelnuovo est un très bon endroit si on veut visiter le nord de la Toscane (Lucca, Pise à moins d'une heure), allez dans des plages de rochers dans le Golf des Poètes de Porto Venere à Lerici ou les grandes plages de sable entre carrare et Viareggio. Merci à Alexandra pour sa disponibilité.

Logement climatisé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement. Cependant, l’annonce mentionnait un logement climatisé avec draps fournis. Le logement est seulement climatisé dans le salon cuisine et pas dans les chambres. Un seul ventilateur pour 3 chambres avec un bébé avec 38 degrés extérieur. Les draps étaient annoncés fournis alors qu’il nous a été demandé un supplément pour les avoir. Il nous été demandé 70 euros lors de notre arrivée pour le menage alors que l’appartement n’était pas propre de base. Nous avons trouvé que l’appartement était un peu vétuste pour le prix demandé (problème d’eau chaude, problème d'écoulement, vaiselle). D’autre part, la propriétaire a eu du mal à coopérer pour l’obtention de l’autorisation de ZTL, pas cool Nous retournerons à Castelnuovo Magra mais pas dans ce logement à ce prix là Nous sommes venus en groupe avec d’autres familles qui ont loué d’autres maisons sur Castelnuovo et non pas rencontré nos problèmes et pour des prix bien moins chers

Great apartment

Nice apartment and great outdoor terrace in a small town. There was a wonderful view over the valley. The apartment belongs to a friendly lady and her husband. We had a great time and can highly recommend the place.

Beautiful hilltop village

Lots of character in the village. Spent many evenings wondering around.the sounds of church bells every morning and the gentleman from the bed and breakfast next door made us feel that we were definitely in Italy. Owner was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants (the one in the village was closed for renovations) and solved issues with plumbing quickly. . Great base to visit Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Due to our lack of Italian we didn’t realise that there was a bakery around the corner. We have a large car and parking was tricky but we always found a space.
