House No. 7 offers elegant holiday apartments just a few steps from the center of Ortisei and right next to the Palmer ski slopes.



The location is strategically ideal for all kinds of activities, as it is less than 300 meters from Ortisei’s center, with its wonderful shops, restaurants, bars, rental services, and more. The nearest public bus stop is also just as close.



The area is particularly family-friendly, as the apartments are located right by the cycling path, and the nearby Palmer practice slopes are a favorite spot for children, both in summer and winter.



In winter, the location is perfect, especially for families with children and beginners, as the Palmer ski slopes host most beginner ski courses. For experienced skiers, the Alpe di Siusi gondola and the "La Curta" escalator, which leads to the Seceda cable car (connecting you to the legendary Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski area), are both about 500–600 meters away and easily reachable on foot. Both facilities also offer paid ski storage for your convenience.



In summer, the cycling path in front of the house allows you to explore the beautiful Val Gardena on two wheels. Additionally, the Ortisei Mountain Bike School sets up a bike park on the nearby Palmer practice slopes during the summer and organizes courses for beginners.



The property features a charming shared garden, perfect for enjoying the warmer months.



The amenities include several comforts such as an outdoor parking space, a ski storage room with boot warmers, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary bed linen and towels.



Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is uniquely decorated in a style that combines modern and retro elements.



The property consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms – one with a toilet, bathtub with integrated shower, sink, and bidet; the other with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink – and a cozy living area with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, which offers direct access to the shared garden.



The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.



A washing machine is also available in the apartment.



The charming shared garden allows you to enjoy the warm summer months outdoors in the Dolomites.



The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed by climbing a few steps.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
