Centrally located, very charming property. Lovely buffet breakfast to start the day, wonderful indoor pool with sauna and steam room that were a welcome break from hours of hiking during chilly autumn weather. Would highly recommend!

Property was as advertised and staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool, calm neighboorhood and closeness to Ortisei city center. Would return there.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well looked after. The property is a short walk to town (10 mins), and the cable cars for the Secada (20 min) and Alpin de suis (10 mins).

Só o café da manhã que deixava a desejar, achamos que tinhas poucas opções e as frutas/sucos eram artificiais. De resto, todos uns queridos e a acomodação era ótima.

Hotel muito bom , com uma piscina aquecida maravilhosa pertinho do centro de ortisei e do teleférico para os passeios .Quando você chega no check-in você recebe um passe de transporte público de graça, o Val Gardena Gueste Pass válidos nos seus dias de estadia . Equipe de colaboradores muito educados e cordiais além de um ótimo café da manhã. Recomendo com certeza .

The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming.

Prisen for hotellet stemmer overhovedet ikke overens med kvalitet. Der kom næsten ikke vand ud af bruseren, værelset lugtede ligesom hvis der havde været røget derinde. Der var ikke en elkedel (prisen for en kop dårlig te var alt for høj) og ingen køleskab på værelset. Vi fik dog lov at få opbevaret vores ting i køkkenet. Alt i alt var dette et af de dårligste hoteller vi har boet på.

Foi incrível. O quarto é confortável, café da manhã excelente, bem localizado, tranquilo. A senhora que ficava auxiliando no café da manhã é um amor de pessoa. Não perguntei o nome dela.

The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano.

Room was boiling, no A/C, had to sleep with window open, which was impossible as it’s sooo noisy- the hotel is located right on the main road.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Shuttle zur Bergbahn Seceda war sehr praktisch. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, leider alte Bausubstanz, durch die einfach verglasten Fenster zog es etwas (aktuell Winter). Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Vom Hotel in die Fußgängerzone St. Ulrich ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, konnten also Sauna und Schwimmbad nicht testen, sah von außen aber sehr gut aus. Skidepot sehr praktisch. Sehr gerne wieder, dann vielleicht sogar längerer Aufenthalt.

We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels.
