    Our new, beautifully furnished holiday flats are located in the middle of meadows and have a fantastic view of the village of Siusi allo Sciliar and the mountains of the Dolomites. starting directly from the holiday home you can go on beautiful hikes, start rides with your bike, swimming, horse riding, paragliding, mountaineering and much more. the centre of Siusi is 1 km away where there are cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, nature park house. in winter skiing on the nearby Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena, and the famous Sellaronda. All this can be reached by cable car from Siusi and you are immediately in the middle of the 70 lifts of the sunny ski area Alpe di Siusi - Val Gardena with ski slopes of all levels of difficulty, cross-country skiing on the Alpe di Siusi with 60 km of cross-country trails and also for hikers this area is beautiful in winter with many groomed hiking trails. In spring, summer and autumn, the main town of Siusi, the Alpe di Siusi, the highest alpine pasture in Europe with an area of 70 km2, the villages of Castelrotto, Fiè and Tires with the Catinaccio are a wonderful hiking area with easy and more difficult hikes with wonderful viewpoints, flowering alpine meadows and wild animals in the great outdoors.

    The outdoor area of the holiday home is surrounded by the meadows of our farm with beautiful stone walls, the apartments with large balconies and very large terraces, quiet, very sunny and with a fantastic view, equipped with comfortable deckchairs, tables and chairs, we are also happy to provide a charcoal grill. Children can also enjoy the freedom and nature in safety.

    In our new holiday home with large common room and fireplace, 5 spacious, well soundproofed residential units consisting of 1-2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, living room-kitchen you live very quiet, in a sunny location with plenty of space to relax on large balconies and terraces. the holiday home consists of 2 floors and additionally the garage on the lowest floor. the furnishings of the house are modern and contemporary with lots of wood, metal and glass and the residential units are equipped with large panoramic windows where you can enjoy the panoramic view directly from your bedroom. The kitchens in the individual accommodation units are very well equipped with hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and oven, and the bathrooms are equipped with shower (rain shower), WC, bidet, washbasin and a cosy common room with a beautiful fireplace and large garden where you can meet and relax with your friends and acquaintances, have breakfast or dinner together. And if you prefer some peace and quiet from time to time, each of the 5 apartments has its own living room in addition to the room. in the flats you will find free wifi, satellite TV and safe. in the house there are 6 spacious, closed garage parking spaces for cars, also with charging station for e-cars, lockable storage room for bicycles with maintenance room and charging stations for e-bikes and ski room. the total price also includes the Mobilcard Südtirol, with this you can use all public buses, trains and some cable cars throughout South Tyrol free of charge.

    The main town of Siusi allo Sciliar is 1 km away, where you will find a supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurants, bars, banks and much more. 1 km away is the outdoor swimming pool, horse riding facilities, 7 km away is the beautiful Völser Weiher bathing lake. Hiking, mountain bike and racing bike tours can be started directly from the holiday home, and you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking and tobogganing on the nearby Alpe di Siusi, which you can reach directly from Siusi allo Sciliar with the cable car that starts 5 minutes by car from the house.
