Single-family house "Bel Giardino". In the hamlet Sarigo 4 km from the centre of Porto Valtravaglia, in a quiet, elevated position, 4 km from the lake. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture. 40 m long narrow motor access to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, public parking 100 m. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 4 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 4 km.
4-room house 120 m2. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 15.04. Balcony. Facilities: washing machine. Sehr schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Herrlich zum erholen, wandern, lesen. Der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge einfach schön. Das Auto sollte man besser auf dem nahe gelegenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Oder einen Kleinwagen benutzen😀
