「This is a great hotel. It is in an old building, and the rooms are spaceous. The bed was comfortable. There is a lounge where you can make yourself coffee or tea. You can go on the roof and take photos of the city, one of the most beautiful I've seen. It is close to everything. We had a wonderful time.」

The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「The accommodation is in a great location for the train station and airport, and about 30 mins walk from the leaning tower. It felt like a safe area. The self-check-in process was new for me but Michele gave very clear instructions for entry to the property. I think this was the nicest room we had in our 2 weeks in Italy.
